Senior backend developer (node.js | ai-native developer)

We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer who thrives on building scalable systems and is excited about leveraging AI-powered development tools like Claude Code and Cursor to ship faster and smarter.

• Designs robust backend architectures

What You'll Do

• Architect and build scalable backend services using Node.js

• Design and optimize Mongo DB schemas for performance & reliability

• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices

• Work closely with frontend (React) and product teams in a MERN stack setup

• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices

• Write efficient, testable, and reusable code

• Improve CI/CD pipelines and backend observability
