Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute high-quality classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Assist with bar setup, opening procedures, and pre‑opening preparations.
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and timing during service.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and cocktail theory/formula.
- Contribute creatively to cocktail development and menu design.
- Support training of other staff and provide leadership during bar service when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper bar setup.
