Job Description
The Senior Business Development Manager (Hunter Role) is responsible for driving new revenue growth and expanding commercial relationships for TLE Distribution. This is a proactive business development role focused on activating new accounts, growing existing clients, and closing profitable opportunities within the professional AV and commercial technology markets. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and activate new integrators and commercial accounts Develop existing clients into larger strategic revenue partners Build and maintain an accurate and disciplined pipeline in CRM Lead commercial discussions and negotiations Drive proposals toward decision and close profitable business Represent TLE with commercial authority in key regional markets Coordinate internally with technical teams for system support and solution development Participate in targeted regional visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities Travel This role requires strategic travel within Mexico (...
