What will you do?
- Champion a customer‑focused culture, ensuring end‑to‑end integrity of business and technical requirements across digital banking journeys.
- Analyze and develop functional and technical requirements based on solution documentation.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders, translating outcomes into user stories, use cases, sequence diagrams and process flows.
