• Define purchasing strategy
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage the assortment portfolio
• Define supplier plans and drive associated actions
• Optimise procurement processes
• Establish and analyse performance indicators (KPIs)
• Supervise the administrative purchasing manager
• Conduct individual interviews and ensure performance follow-up
• Ensure coordination with the group
