In this role you will plan and implement care that gives residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence. You will build relationships with residents and families, deliver personalised care plans, lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain the highest standards of care and serve as an influencer within the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities.
- Administer medication and any other clinical tasks according to protocol.
- Maintain accurate records of the care delivered.
