Responsibilities
- Plan and implement personalised care plans that give residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence.
- Get to know residents and their families, ensuring truly personalised care plans are delivered.
- Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team.
- Assist residents with daily tasks such as using walking frames, eating meals at the end of life, and communicating with families.
