Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior CNC Programmer/Operator to join our machine shop team. This hands‑on role involves CNC programming, machine operation, and the production of high‑precision prototype components and tooling based on engineering and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture precision tooling and prototype parts according to technical specifications and drawings
• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to meet production and quality standards
• Perform machine setups and ensure equipment is properly configured for each project
• Inspect completed components using precision measuring instruments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in CNC lathe programming and operation
