Job Description
For a market-leading Italian Group in the intermodal logistics and container terminal management sector, part of an international network, we are hiring a Senior Consolidation & Foreign Subsidiaries Controlling Manager.
The successful candidate, who will join the Finance & Control (AFC) Directorate and report directly to the CFO, will hold a strategic and operational role, providing a transversal view across all Group companies. They will be responsible for managing subsidiaries, overseeing group consolidation, and defining accounting policies. This role will serve as the technical-accounting reference point for the Board and investors.

1. Consolidation and Reporting
- Full coordination of periodic closings (monthly, quarterly, annual) and preparation of the consolidated financial statements (statutory and management) in compliance with Italian GAAP (OIC) and IF...
