The Senior Consultant – Solution Design is responsible for driving market‑led solution design, developing differentiated service offerings, and leading client‑centric solutioning efforts. The role combines strategic thinking, client engagement, and execution excellence to deliver scalable, high‑impact service solutions aligned to organizational objectives and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze service markets and competitive intelligence to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Define service market strategies and develop solution POVs, including value proposition, pricing , and operating models .
- Design and deliver customized solutions aligned to client business context and strategic goals.
