Oversee the contract lifecycle from contract creation, review, revision, negotiation, finalization to the execution.Facilitate contract internal reviewAdvice and make proper decision on contract terms, especially on legal language, intellectual property, subject injury treatment, GCP regulation, operation requirement, etc.Lead the cross-functional team collaboration and engage with key stakeholders ( Legal/Lawyer and compliance).Contract template managementStudy level: confirm the study standard template (including budget template) with study team upon study SSU kick off meeting.Country level: maintain country level contract templatesSite level: create and maintain site specific contract templates; release them for study team using upon the relevant requests.Support master CSA or framework CSA review and negotiations with key site.Subject injury claim and insuranc...
