Job Description
Lead financial planning and analysis as a Senior Controller at a prestigious firm. Oversee accounting, reporting, and strategic financial insights to guide executive leadership.
As a Senior Controller, you will partner closely with executive leadership and manage the firm’s financial operations. Your role includes overseeing financial planning, budgeting processes, and compliance with accounting standards. You will also mentor finance teams and support performance management and profitability analysis.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee annual budgeting and long-range planning processes • Analyze financial results to identify trends and variances • Maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards • Lead financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
