THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Controller (m/f/x) to join our finance team and play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. In this position, you will ensure transparency in financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to process optimization.
- Preparation of budget, forecast, and actual vs. target analyses
- Further development of controlling reports and KPI management
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Analysis of variances and derivation of action recommendations
- Participation in strategic projects and process optimizations
- Preparation of actual vs. target comparisons, variance analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations
- Establishment and maintenance of an internal control system (ICS)
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field
