The Role
- Prepare and serve meals in line with approved menus and residents’ dietary requirements.
- Work closely with and take instructions from the Head Chef.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food handling, infection control, and workplace health and safety policies.
- Cleaning and maintenance of cooking and food preparation areas.
