Overview
Co-ordination with vendors as per the requirements of the organization. Manage housekeeping, security, transport, and pantry supply. Provide assistance administrative matters promptly. Interaction with Finance team for invoice processing, payments, and providing provisions on a timely basis. Interaction with User departments for existing and new requirements, sourcing, negotiating with vendors. Maintaining stock and monitoring inventory. To ensure 100% legal compliance by vendor at all times. Assisting support services staff in their activities. Ensuring safety and security at all times.
