Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES


Reporting to the Director, Consumer Engagement, this role will lead CRM strategy and execution for key Prestige brands (Gucci and Chloé).


The Senior Manager will own day-to-day CRM planning, consumer engagement journeys, data insights translation, and cross-functional coordination to drive measurable growth in consumer recruitment, conversion, and retention.

Your main focus :


1. CRM Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement annual CRM plans for Gucci and Chloé, aligned with brand priorities and campaign calendars.

  • Drive CRM KPIs including new user recruitment, activation, retention, and loyalty program engagement.

  • Lead campaign planning, segmentation, and CRM content coordination across WeChat, EC platforms, and offline boutiques.

  • Ensure seamless integration of CRM across touchpoints (Department Store, FSS, TMALL, JD, WeChat, etc.).
