Senior Data Architect — ADF & Databricks

We're hiring a Senior Data Architect (ADF & Databricks) to join our Data & AI team and shape the future of our enterprise data platform.

What you'll do

• Design and build end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines using ADF and Databricks.
• Own and evolve our enterprise Lakehouse architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold).
• Lead Delta Lake design patterns, performance tuning, and data lifecycle management.
• Drive Data Ops practices: CI/CD, version control, monitoring, and governance.
• Partner with BI, data science, clinical, finance, and operations teams.
• Define data engineering standards and best practices across the organization.
