Responsibilities- Work independently and in a design team environment.
- Good knowledge of Singapore codes and regulations.
- Strong in contracts with technical and site experience.
- Assist in architectural design from concept design through schematic design, design development and construction documentation.
- Assist in client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and contractors, and attending design and construction meetings.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture, Building/Construction or equivalent.
- Experience in design management, tender documentation and contract administration for public sector or large projects.
