Senior Development Excellence Consultant (Java)

Working as a Senior Development Excellence Consultant, you will:

• Implement and enforce Quality Gates based on Pull Request workflows


• Define and standardize quality requirements for code review, test automation, static code analysis (Sonar rules), and architectural/guideline compliance


• Build measurable quality metrics and track process improvements


• Deliver training, workshops, and mentoring sessions to development teams


• Foster an engineering excellence mindset across teams


• Support adoption of best practices in daily software development processes


• Design and implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approaches at the organizational level
