Senior DevOps Engineer

A fast‑growing startup developing intelligent vision technology, now establishing a new engineering hub in Belfast.

The Role

You’ll own their cloud and platform foundations, driving greenfield infrastructure design, internal tooling, and AWS‑based serverless systems. You’ll partner closely with engineering to define standards, shape best practices, and build a platform that can scale with the product and the business. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll operate as the in‑house infrastructure specialist, guiding reliability, cost efficiency, and long‑term platform strategy.

The Person

• 7+ years’ experience working across infra, devops, or platform.
• Deep hands‑on cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred), covering event pipelines, serverless, API layers, managed databases etc.
• IaC experience - Terraform & CDK or similar frameworks.
