Boeing Canada is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the Defence & Government Services portfolio, reporting to the Manager of Defence & Government Services in Richmond, BC. The position requires strong leadership, operational experience and deep technical expertise in on‑prem infrastructure, application design, deployment and CI/CD. Responsibilities
Lead infrastructure design, platform engineering and cross‑cloud/hybrid architectures. Define cost monitoring, optimization strategy and compliance. Design and coordinate monitoring and observability infrastructure. Mentor junior engineers and guide technical strategy. Implement security‑by‑design, cloud migration planning and cost optimization at scale. Act as a bridge between technical teams and executives, translating complex tech into business outcomes.
