Position Overview
The Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead is mission-critical in establishing CI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks, and deployment safety mechanisms before code volume scales. As a senior leader, you will architect and oversee the infrastructaure that ensures our SaaS platform is secure, reliable, and scalable, while mentoring engineers and driving operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role managing cloud-native environments.
- Proven expertise in designing and scaling CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and automated deployments.
