Senior Die Attach & Wire Bond Process Engineer

Coherent Corp. is seeking a professional to sustain and improve the Die Attach and Wire Bond Process in Ipoh, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics or Electrical, along with relevant manufacturing experience.

This role is 100% onsite, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional experience with process management tools like JMP and Minitab is preferred. The candidate will be responsible for improving assembly yield and monitoring production processes.
