The Role
As Director in the Executive Compensation and Board Advisory (ECBA) Practice of Willis Towers Watson’s Work & Rewards Business, you will perform the following job responsibilities:
Contribute to sales and business development efforts for Work & Rewards consulting business focusing on the area of ECBAServe as Project Manager for marque ECBA clients in Singapore and the South Asian regionLead a team of consultants and associates in winning clients, delivering excellent client work and managing operations for ECBA practiceDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projectsDevelop new intellectual capital for the ECBA practice by consolidating internal work experiences and participating in regional/global initiativesContribute to intellectual eminence and development of point of views on executive compensation and board advisory t...
