Major tasks and responsibilities include:

Lead cross-functional Program Teams to develop and drive an integrated program strategy, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution while modeling leadership, accountability, and collaboration behaviors.

Anticipate internal and external drivers of change in the program strategy and make well-reasoned revisions to minimize risk and maximize opportunity.
