The Senior Director, Information Technology is a pivotal senior leadership role within Calgary Co-op's digital and technology organization. Reporting to the SVP - Digital, Member & Information Technology, this executive owns strategic and operational leadership across five key domains: Infrastructure & Network, Cybersecurity, Engineering, IT Operations & Service Delivery, and IT Governance, Risk & Compliance.
This leader bridges long‑range technology strategy with disciplined day‑to‑day operational execution — a rare combination that is essential in a complex, member‑owned retail enterprise.
