Job Description
Our client, a well-established real estate development company, is looking for a Senior Documentation Head to lead its Documentation Department and oversee end-to-end buyer financing and post-sales documentation operations.
This role is critical in ensuring the smooth conversion of reserved sales into actual loan releases through efficient documentation management, financing coordination, and client servicing.
Location: Marikina City
Work Setup: Onsite
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the Documentation Department.
- Manage end-to-end buyer documentation, home loan processing, and account take-out facilitation.
- Handle project accreditation with banks and financial institutions.
