YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
:Reporting to the Mine Planning Superintendent, you will be part of the Engineering Department. You will be leading a team of drill & blast engineers as well as technicians in delivering pattern design, blast timing, drill planning, QAQC, and blast optimsation. You will work cross-departmentally with operations, maintenance, process plant and other functions to ensure the plan is communicated and executed effectively. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Ensure compliance with HSSE policies, standards and procedures, ensuring team members are fully trained and able to perform their duties safely;
