Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end testing activities of Automotive Software (e.g., ADAS, infotainment, powertrain, telematics) - Define and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project goals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, systems engineering, and validation - Manage defect lifecycle and drive root cause analysis with development teams - To Oversee Test framework inline with customer perspective & to execute UAT Testing at vehicle level - Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ASPICE, ISO , and AUTOSAR - Mentor and guide a team of test engineers, fostering a culture of quality and innovation - Prepare and present test metrics, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders
