Job Description
Overview The Senior Engineer – Retube Installation Tooling is responsible for leading engineering activities related to Retube Installation Tooling, with a particular focus on Calandria Tube Installation tooling. This role provides technical leadership, oversees project deliverables, and ensures engineering excellence in accordance with schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Your role
Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff while managing team workload and aligning resources with project priorities.
Provide technical guidance and oversight on tooling design activities, supporting capability growth and performance improvement across the team.
Independently apply and adapt standard engineering methods to evaluate designs, solve technical problems, and guide project execution.
Oversee design, development, modification, and testing of Retube tooling systems, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with engineering standards.
