We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team at WL Jaya Sdn Bhd . As a Senior Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in driving our Mechanical Engineering initiatives forward. This is a full-time position based in Selangor .
What you'll be doing
Providing technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams on complex engineering projects
Conducting research, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to identify innovative solutions
Designing, developing, and testing new mechanical systems and components
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure projects meet design requirements and safety standards
Optimising existing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
Mentoring and training junior engineers to support their professional development
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
