- Supervises work activities of engineers assigned at Plating area.
- Monitors Identifies, Verifies, and Analyzes and gives disposition on low yielding devices and QA rejected lots.
- Develops, Evaluates, and Implements product process flow to Improve Yield, Quality and Productivity.
- Review process requirements, customer specifications and standard operating procedures. Initiate modification/revision of some to improve and simplify process by preparing process instructions.
- Conducts sample evaluation and trial runs on qualification lot to determine process capability as against customer and specification.
