Job Description

Position Summary
Lead assignments within design by analysis function. Work independently as well as mentor entry level Engineering analysts. The position will be located at Chandigarh/Pune.

Duties And Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
Understand business needs and devise engineering solutions using analysis expertise to support bid, execution or failure and remediation studies.
Define scope of work, plan, allocate resources, ensure execution and timely completion of assignments.
Mentor other Engineers on design by analysis.
Execute complex analysis projects.
Lead multiple projects at the same time, including small cross-functional projects.
Direct team of analysts to enable them to handle analysis effectively.
Review work carried out by other analysts, lead design reviews.
Approve deliveries made by the team.
Ensure compliance with established Quality Management Processes.
