Senior Engineering Manager will have a responsibility for developing new industrial process and designing new process/equipment or modifying existing one. The role can include collecting data required on the process, overseeing the construction, calculating the engineering factor, supervising plant operation, investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems, assessing safety and environmental issues, liaising with installation/project engineers and specialists, and ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety.
