Senior Engineering Manager (.NET, AWS, AI)

Requirements

• Extensive software engineering experience and solution design in .NET tech stack
• Hands‑on proficiency in AWS cloud, full stack, testing, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps & security best practices
• Confidence using AI tools and experience driving adoption of AI tools in teams (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex)
• Strong delivery experience, working with cross functional and global engineering teams
• Proven team leadership and mentoring skills, leading high performing teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum (SAFE or LESS)
