Job Description
The Senior Estimating Manager leads the estimating function for the business, owning both day-to-day execution and the long-term direction of the department. This role blends hands-on estimating oversight with strategic leadership, driving consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across people, processes, and tools. You’ll set standards, guide pre-bid strategy, and partner closely with operations and leadership to ensure estimates support profitable, well-aligned project pursuits.
