Job Description
Take your estimating expertise to Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as a Senior Estimator. You will prepare detailed project cost estimates and manage tender submissions with accountability for accuracy.
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, this role requires 7-10 years in construction estimation, proficiency in estimating software, and the ability to interpret complex tender specifications. You will lead tender management for projects up to $1 Billion, ensuring timely submission and insightful cost formulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender schedules
• Lead Design-Build projects through the tender stage
• Conduct quantity take-offs from tender drawings

• Communicate with clients and field staff effectively
