This individual will be a cornerstone of the Estimating and Project departments, providing comprehensive cost analysis and coordination across diverse project types and delivery models. The successful candidate will navigate various contract structures—including design-build, lump sum, and integrated project delivery (IPD)—to ensure financial accuracy from conceptual stages through to final tender.
