Senior Executive, Project

The Senior Project Executive will support the planning and execution of property development projects, with a primary focus on landed residential and mixed‑use developments. The role involves assisting in land feasibility studies, concept planning, statutory submissions, and end‑to‑end project execution coordination with internal teams and external consultants to ensure projects are commercially viable, well‑executed, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
