Senior Facilities Manager

Location: Tacloban City, Philippines

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Industry: BPO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 7–10+ years Facilities Management experience
• BPO experience required
• Strong vendor, project, and budget management experience
• Experience handling 24/7 operations

Skills:

• Leadership and stakeholder management
• Technical knowledge of building systems
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to work night shift

Preferred:

• Licensed Engineer and/or CFM certification
• Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery
