Job Title: Senior Finance and Accounting Officer
Department: Finance Department
Reporting to: International Finance Manager
Supervisor for: Finance Assistants
Location: Luanda, with frequent travel to other locations within Angola
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: One year, renewable based on funding
*Please note that the successful candidate needs to currently reside in Angola, and already possess the right to work in the country*
About The Role:
Support in leading the programmes national finance department under the guidance of national regulations, HALO global standards and the IFMs direction. Line manager the Finance Assistants and Finance Officers across all HALO Angola locations overseeing all financial operations day to day providing financial expertise and guidance. Drive an effective, value for money culture on behalf of the IFM and programme.
