Experience:

1. Min 3 years of experience working with node.js
   
2. 5-7 years of backend development experience with large scale applications
   

Must have skills:

1. Excellent understanding of node.js including limitations and workarounds.

2. Knowledge of designing and using backend services which can scale horizontally using NodeJS and Express.

3. Knowledge of performance tuning and the fundamental design principles behind building scalable applications.

4. Experience with data modelling in RDBMS like Postgres/Mysql and nosql DB like mongodb
