Senior Full Stack Developer (PHP / Laravel)

This is a remote position. Designing and implementing scalable backend architectures using PHP and Laravel. Making informed architectural trade-offs based on business and product needs. Writing clean, maintainable, and performance-optimized code. Reviewing code and raising engineering standards across the team. Refactoring legacy systems and improving technical debt. Collaborating with product and design to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Optimizing database design and query performance (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Driving improvements in development workflows, CI/CD, and code quality. Using AI-assisted development tools effectively to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
