What do you need to fulfill this job?
7+ years of experience.
Work on an agile engineering team, following Agile best practces while writng maintainable and scalable code and infuencing team decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and test new product functonalites.
Review the code of other team members and provide constructve directon.
Promote a culture of sharing through mentoring and knowledge exchange.
Fluency in English is a must.
Drive contnuous improvement of code quality, customer experience, and
maintainability of products/features.
Independently clarify technical requirements, assess development estmates, and
apply a broad range of design approaches.
