Mandatory Skills:
3 to 6 years of experience in banking domain with expertise in payments. Should have a strong penchant for quality and produce high-grade deliverables within the stipulated timeframe. Solid understanding of SDLC and the Testing life cycle. Should be enterprising, a self-starter and willing to learn new concepts and product functionality with minimal handholding. Experience in estimations, creating presentations and preparing proposals. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills. The candidate should have the ability to build rapport with internal/cross-functional team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed. Ability to work under pressure - quick thinking and remaining calm during stressful situations. Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.
