Senior Golang Developer (Cloud & Microservices)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and architect new microservices using Golang.
• Build and maintain reusable, reliable Golang code for the microservices ecosystem.
• Build and deploy services on AWS using ECS Fargate (and Lambda where appropriate).
• Integrate with Aurora PostgreSQL, SQS, EventBridge, ElastiCache for Redis, Cognito, and API Gateway.
• Develop internal APIs with gRPC and implement high‑performance, scalable APIs.
• Participate in the migration of data and logic from legacy SQL Server to Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Engage in DevSecOps activities, conduct code reviews on GitHub Enterprise, and uphold high standards of code quality and security.
• Implement and monitor logging, metrics, and tracing using CloudWatch, X‑Ray, Grafana Cloud, and OpenSearch.
• Collaborate within an Agile methodology, utilizing JIRA for task management and Confluence for documentation.
