- Support OEM technical discussions in close cooperation with the OEM Hardware Interface Engineer, with focus on feasibility and execution
- Translate OEM HW requirements into clear, technically precise internal specifications
- Perform in-depth electronic analysis of schematics, PCB layouts, and component selections
- Identify and drive resolution of electronic risks (EMC, thermal, derating, tolerances, aging)
- Drive technical clarification loops between HW development, purchasing, project management, and quality
- Prepare and conduct technical deep-dive workshops (architecture, EMC, robustness, feasibility)
- Evaluate HW requirement trade-os with respect to feasibility, robustness, cost, timing, and compliance, and align them internally
- Support HW architecture and component decisions with focus on robustness, execution speed, and manufacturability
