Reporting to the Supervisor of HR Systems & Analytics, this role demands 5+ years of experience with SuccessFactors, particularly in Compensation or Time & Absence modules. You will collaborate with IT partners and support vendors to execute system enhancements, provide end-user support, and generate actionable insights to facilitate decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate on SAP SuccessFactors enhancements and projects • Configure and test new system integrations and enhancements • Partner with Total Rewards team for Annual Compensation Cycle • Provide daily support, troubleshooting system issues • Conduct regression testing for system releases
