Senior Human Resource Executive

As a Human Resource Executive , you will be primarily involved in the talent acquisition activity (from define & refine the ICP, to plan & execute hiring activities from job portal & social media management, campus outreach & career fair). You will also work with the team to establish & maintain employer branding via strategic media engagement & social media content curation.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the entire talent management life cycle
• Work with universities and colleges to establish intern talent pipeline
• Manage job portal/posting and outbound prospecting on prospective talents
• Collaborate with product and customer team to develop development and team engagement activities
