As Synapse360's most senior operational resource, you will guide the managed services team and own critical incident resolutions for P1 and P2 events. Your expertise in VMware VCF, Dell VxRail, and Veeam backup architecture will be essential for operational success. This position emphasizes strategic leadership and the incorporation of ITIL change management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical response for major P1/P2 incidents
• Manage Dell VxRail and VMware VCF lifecycle operations
• Oversee Veeam backup architecture and Azure DR strategy
• Prepare and present workload change requests to the Change Advisory Board
